Room for the River - IJsseldelta

At the end of 2014, the construction combination Isala Delta, a combination of Boskalis Ntherlands B.V. and Van Hattum and Blankevoort B.V., signed the contract for the execution of the government project IJsseldelta.

At the start of the project, at the end of 2014, Gedin B.V. approached to give substance to the process team of Isala Delta. Initially it was asked to fill in the Quality and Safety Management for the project. A short time later the Coordination of Placing was also added to this.

At the start of 2015, the Isala Delta process team needed extra capacity in the area of Work Package, Interfaces and Deviations Management. With modest pride, we have succeeded in giving this an efficient interpretation.

By employing broadly deployable Project Engineers, with affinity within the various management processes of large construction projects, Gedin succeeds in fulfilling various functions within the process team in a (cost-) efficient way.
